Administrative Assistant

Full Time

This position provides general administrative support to the entire PhilRatings Team. The salary level will consider the number of years of experience of the applicant, as well as the individual’s skills and qualifications. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure the applicant’s success in this multi-faceted role.

Job Responsibilities and Activities:
1. Provides support to the PhilRatings Team in the areas of: administration, accounting, purchasing, publications, general aspects in relation to day-to day company operations, among others;
2. Manages office resources;
3. Ensure file organization based on office protocol;
4. Schedules the daily tasks to be accomplished by the office messenger;
5. Organizes company events, both in-office and virtually;
6. Accomplishes other specific projects or tasks as may be assigned by the supervisors.

Job Skills and Qualifications:
1. Graduate of a relevant college degree (e.g., Office Administration, Management, Business Administration, Accounting);
2. With previous work experience in an administrative, secretarial, Human Resources (e.g., payroll) or support function;
3. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace;
4. With good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
5. With good organizational, planning and time-management skills;
6. Attentive to details;
7. Confident, personable, flexible (can work independently and can work with a Team);
8. Must also be able to handle confidential data as assignments may require.

Credit Rating Analysts

Full Time

This position is open for individuals who are looking for a long-term career in credit rating. Applicants must be a graduate of Management or Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Applied Mathematics and/or Statistics from a reputable university. Certified Public Accountants, Master of Business Administration and MS Finance degree holders, as well as applicants adept in financial or statistical modeling, will have an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills are valued, with writing reports as a preferred activity. Individuals with at least two years' work experience in credit and financial analysis, research, investor relations and/or corporate planning may apply. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for entry-level analyst positions.
